If you have a complaint about an OMAA member, please download and read the OMAA Complaints Policy which explains how to make a complaint and how the OMAA manages complaints. Please contact us via improve@omaaustralasia.com if you would like to discuss any concerns about an OMAA member, in the first instance and if you are unsure whether to make a complaint. All feedback and complaints will be managed confidentially and in a timely manner in accordance with the Complaints Policy.
